TV Talk
Yeah, I forgot the second season already finished and I'm still not over with season 1.
Tuffy, if you watched the first season it shouldn't have been that hard to figure out what Irina was talking about.
Second season's messy. Like the first one I guess. Not sure how I feel yet.
Finally got around to watching the Fringe series finale. I didn't like where they took the finale season but over all, the show was great. I didn't really like the last scene though, because something happens that only a character who leaves would understand, but it happens to another character.
I could barely get through the first episode of Fringe, bad writing and bad acting.
I gave Mad Men a try, got through three or four episodes, but didn't really like it much.

All You Need Is Love is my favorite tv show right now. It's Dutch and all about love; family, friendship, relationships. Lots of surprises and confessions, it's great. This season they're doing an Australia-tour, surprising family or friends that are (now) living in Australia, and I always think of our Kit.

Season 1 was such a mess I barely remember any of it.
Also, I think I was on a lot of morphine at the time, so there is that, too.
This is why we can't have nice things.
My friend Cassie, who has showtime, gave me access to her cable account, so I started Homeland this morning. Only watched one episode so far, probably about to watch some more.

I just remembered! Check out In Treatment with Gabriel Byrnes I really loved that show. You might enjoy it.
In Treatment was great.
So around episode 7 of the second season of American Horror Story I got really into it. Almost done with the season now.
EDIT_
Also, I watched the first episode of Girls, and I think it's a show I would enjoy watching. Pretty awkward, but that's part of the charm.
Girls is pretty good. Lots of awkward sex and gross eating, but the rest is fine. My favourite is Jessa.
Jessa seems the least interesting to me. Although watching her paint that guy was pretty funny. Mostly because of him though.
Since I've only watched the first episode I'm not that familiar with the ladies yet, but I instantly liked Hannah.
Jessa annoys the crap out of me but everyone else i love. Also, the most recent Office was really good, the ending was sad. I don't think there are many more episodes left.
Okay so on The Office, they're trying to build up that Pam is going to have a romance with the boom operator. It's not subtle at all and it's kind of dumb. This warehouse guy went after Pam for something stupid and the boom mic guy stopped him by clotheslining him with the boom mic. So now the boom mic guy is fired and he's had a crush on Pam for nine years or something gay.
It's the last season so it also looks like they're setting up for a spinoff with Jim's new sports marketing company and i'm betting Pam won't be on that show so they're doing this stupid affair story to get rid of her.
Sorry, i just really like The Office and it's a show that's always had my respect because of how they kept Jim and Pam's romance interesting without adding soap opera drama for all these years and now all of a sudden they're adding it in for convenience. Bad writing, i say.
I know, i feel like it would ruin the whole series if it happens. I won't say anything else, there's a lot more happening, don't worry.
Wait, I thought Pam and that other guy were married and having a baby and stuff.
I think the Hey Arnold might be my new favourite show.

They're still married. It's a long story and i don't want to ruin it! I'm sad it's the last season too.
I think the Hey Arnold might be my new favourite show.
:\
I've been watching that here and there. I used to love that show.
Monkey Man!
That is all.
Sons of Anarchy is back on on Wednesday! Hurrah!
They're making a Parks and Rec movie.
What the hell? Why didn't I know Girls already started THREE weeks ago? I'm gonna enjoy this day
I was thinking that The Walking Dead started back tonight, but it isn't until next week.
. Downton Abbey is tonight, though!

Aww yeah!
I really hope Girls comes to NZ.
House of Cards is pretty cool. I had to get used to Kevin Spacey talking directly to the viewer, but yeah, it's different, an interesting show.
Aww yeah!
I KNEW IT WAS GONNA BE WITCHES!!!!! Very pleased for real! =D
For the moment I am appalled by what horrors that bastard is doing to Chloe Sevigny (didn't remember her name in the series). Poor girl, I like her the most.
Shelly.

Thank you.
I really like those too. I'm hoping they'll do some more, but I'm not sure who all famous enough is left for them to cover.
Same with Dark Matters and Morgan Freeman's Wormhole. I get stuck watching those even when they're reruns.
I love Community. Chevy Chase has quit so there needs NEEDS to be a season 5 so we can see what happens.
I'm not really being horrible to you so please don't take this to heart.
^ All of this!
It's going to be interesting to see how they handle this season, because the season 3 finale could fit very well as a series finale.
I dunno how many episodes they're doing this year, but if it's a full 22, I hope this is the last season. Anything more and I think it would start to tarnish how great it has been so far. Plus, they pretty much go along in real-time, so 4 years of show for 4 years of college is perfect. Just do 4 seasons and a movie!

I'm starting to believe that not one person left on that show even cares anymore and they're just showing up for a paycheck and to get it over with. I don't know how they can legally show Ed Helms in the opening credits still. He was in like the first 3 episodes and hasn't been seen since! If they're not going to bother with a manager anymore, they should have just left it empty after whatshisface left.
As for the whole Pam thing, I've seen professional wrestlers "heating" the crowd up than the ham-fisted way they're trying to do this. It's just awful writing.
The way I heard it, they were trying to set up a spin-off with Dwight and his farm, that's why a bunch of his characters are getting more time, but I think they've nixed that idea.
I still say if they truly wanted this show to go on and re-capture some of that dangerous writing they had early on, they should have put Packer in as the new manager, no string of super special guest stars, just Bam! another boss that has no clue how terrible the things he's saying or doing are to people and away you go.
And how's this for a spoiler, they end the show with Michael on Skype or something, saying how his life has been going and a bunch of little mundane things, then all of a sudden, Holly and his 2 year old daughter come running in and jumps on his lap; it never having occurred to him to start off by announcing he had a child. But, no, they won't do anything that daring or cool.
I don't want that to be ruined. Please Pam, do not have an affair. Please, please, please.
I gave Mad Men a try, got through three or four episodes, but didn't really like it much.
Fringe is a weird show (in more ways than one!)
The first few episodes were just kind of all over the place, but about halfway through the first season, it got on a track and was pretty solid all the way through Season 4. Season 5 was alright, but it didn't really have anything to do with any of the other seasons, other than having some references in it, (a bunch of "Hey! Remember this earlier episode?" stuff)
It reminded me of like how a show might get cancelled or go off the air and then a few years down the line they all get back together for a reunion special and, yeah, most of all your favorites characters are there but this just isn't quite the same show.
I will give it this though: It wasn't like Lost or any of those shows that bring up these big mysteries than never bother to answer them. Fringe don't pussyfoot around! If they bring up something, it's usually answered pretty quickly.
If you want to watch just one episode of it, to see it at it's best, Look for the one called White Tulip.
I'm betting before this seasons over, Carl's gonna get killed! I'm betting that's why that one producer guy left. They're going to have to do something eventually because you can't start off with a 10 year old kid and then just do 12 episodes every year. If he's still there at the start of Season 4, he's gonna have as thick a 5 o'clock shadow as Rick!
I loved White Tulip. A great Fringe episode.

That's pretty much what Giancarlo says.
Maybe they'll just recast the character, which would be even worse than if they just killed him.
Or maybe they'll pull a "Walt" or something and zombies will kidnap him into the future!
Or they could just do what they did for season 3. Have time pass in between seasons. It's not that hard to do...
Yeah, but to get back on track, they'd have to say that 2 or 3 years have passed between seasons. Them skipping over how they survived that first winter after a zombie apocalypse was bad enough.
Fuck The Walking Dead. I'm happy I won't be watching.
Isn't anyone here watching House of Cards? I've seen episodes 1-6 and I can't wait to watch more.
My best friend has been pestering me to watch that. Is it good? Maybe when I finish Asylum and Breaking Bad.
I'm really enjoying it! It's different.
EDIT_
Has anyone seen The Americans? Wondering if I should give it a try.

They're already up to 6 episodes? I thought it just came out like a week or two ago.
All of the episodes came out then, so all 13 are available.
Wow! That's pretty ballsy. That's basically throwing away 2 1/2 months worth of free and easy marketing and advertising.

I remember it as black.
But then, this was a freaking year ago.
This is why we can't have nice things.
