TV shows you remember and absolutely nobody else does
Noozles.
This was a show on Nickelodeon that I remember watching when I was five or six. It was about this girl who had a stuffed koala that came to life. The koala was from Koala-Wala Land.

Does anybody else have fond memories about cancelled TV shows nobody else can remember?
You will never be famous.
the little bits?
I miss the old Alex Winters-MTV show with Eddie, the flying gimp
My brother and I are the only people left on the planet Earth who remember "Marsupilami."
There is hope, but not for us.
I remember Dinosaurs. That was that puppet show or whatever with the obnoxious baby dinosaur right?
Anyone remember "The Adventures of Brisco County Jr." which starred Bruce Campbell of the Evil Dead trilogy. Its one of my Dad's favorite TV shows ever. It only ever saw three seasons a decade ago.

The weird thing is. When I saw the title of the thread and clicked on it, this is the EXACT show I was thinking of before the thread loaded.
Nobody remembers this show and I loved it! I used to beg my stuffed animals, "Just talk to me once! I won't tell anyone!" hehe.
There was another one on Nickelodeon at the same time, that I can't remember the name of it, and nobody else knows what I'm talking about. Even though I watched it all the time all I can remember is that it was some homeless kid with his dog (?I think it was a dog). All I can remember is him stealing or being given bread sometimes.

Remember how the boy Koala had a pink sister koala who was always trying to convince him to come back to Koala-Wala Land? And the little girl had a dad who was trapped there?
You will never be famous.
does anybody remember David the Gnome?

He was a gnome and a doctor. He rode a fox named Swift. And he was always being chased by 3 trolls who turned to stone in the sunlight.

EDIT: dude what the fuck. I posted the pic of david the gnome last night and when I checked it this morning it was a picture of a piece of shit. I have no idea why. changed it back.

I definately remember that show...for years I remembered what it was about but couldn't recall the name. The bears were Pinky and Blinky maybe? I have memories of eating lunch before school and watching that. Anyway, a few episodes of that scared the hell out of me but it was definately a favorite. It's funny, I saw that picture and a whole flood of childhood memories hit me...interesting.
Then again, I might be wrong.
so far i remember all of these, and i hated the noozles so much. david the gnome i watched because there wasn't anything else on. i remember this disney show called 'under the umbrella tree' with an iguana, bluebird, and some woodland creature who lived in a tree. and no one remembers count duckula either. i was obsessed with that show as a kid.
I remembered Marsupilami after I Googled it.

YES!!! Man, you made my day.
There is hope, but not for us.
Please tell me that one of the koalas could fly in Noozles. I distinctly remember the credits rolling in front of a sequence where the girl was flying with the koalas (probably to Koala-Wala Land).
Also, I think they had some episode with a magical mesa that did something to the koalas. Something to do with gravity? I dunno, maybe I'm pullin this out of my ass...
that sounds really familiar...
i also remember capital critters, the cartoon with bobcat goldthwait. didn't last long.
Groovy Ghoulies and Super Harlem Globetrotters were a couple of my lost favorites
what about the Trollkins? Rubik the magic cube? 'Fantasmagórico'?
I remember David The Gnome loved that show it was really peaceful and tranquil and the landscaped were lush forests, it was a good show
Dinosaurs scared the crap out of me as a kid, the boss who always ate dinos if they misbehaved...ugh i hated that show.
i also remember this little cartoon skit on Nickelodeon, it had this little girl in pigtails swinging on a swing in her backyard, the little girl was a daredevil so she decides to to go faster and higher and soon she makes a whole loop up and around the swing set and when she comes back down she's inside out, all you can see is her red muscle meat and her veins and her eyeballs are really white, it was demented but funny to me.
Eurekas Castle, which i found extremely boring
What Would You Do?...it was a game show, i always wanted to participate cos the kids got to go down a huge slide into a huge tub of whip cream
Hey Dude!
The Adventures of Pete and Pete
Salute Your Shorts
and i was always so jealous of kids who won those contests and got to run through the toy store and collect as many toys as they possible could, in a certain amount of time, i remember planning out what id get how id get it, if i ever won the contest

I loved Eureka's Castle! Remember Magelon the dragon. And Battly who would always crash into stuff and say "I meant to do that."
I hated Hey Dude.
The Adventures of Pete and Pete ruled. "I'm Artie the strongest man...in the world!"

Salute Your Shorts was great. Remember the camp counselor, Ug? And Butnick and Donkey Lips (brother of Origami Lips).
You will never be famous.
David the Gnome! I remember that!
I loved Dinosaurs too, although it did scare me. I remember crying when the baby dinosaur tried to eat its tail.
No British people seem to remember Mork and Mindy, which upsets me. I had a whole summer of watching that and The Monkees tv series. No one remembers this really cool very early 90s cartoon about King Arthur either. One other person remembers Knightmare, which was this gameshow with all these sort of 8year old dungeons and dragons geeks- that rocked.
Pete & Pete was classic

I dont remember that!

If anyone can remember this damn show let me know! The setting was a huge mall dept. store. The characters involved an old security gaurd, a rat that constantly rode a scooter, a mannequin that could dance and suddenly freeze back into place, a robot, and our shows host- a woman that wore a blue suit, she had an afro hairstyle. Anyway I used to watch this show when I was a wee beirn. I swear I am the only one who can recall this show. Please let me know if you can remember it. I think it was called TODAY's SPECIAL.

Holy fuck that rat in a scooter sounds aweful familiar, but i can quite place my thumb on it.
I adore Pete & Pete. Kate Pierson and Michael Stipe are in an episode, too, where the brothers try to track down Mr. Tastee. She plays a blind millionaire who knows Mr. T and Stipe is a crusty fisherman named Captain Scrummy who sells ice cream cones.

Yeah, the rat would ride around on the scooter while the dimly lit JC PENNY-like dept. store would be closed. She usually sang a song(that was dubbed over.

There was this sketch comedy on Nickelodeon it wasnt All That it was in the early 90s and all these kids would do these weird sketches like being in front of a shooting line and making jokes while people were about to shoot them to death, does anyone remember this show?

Thats what I'm (occasionally) here for.
Did anyone ever throw gak at people and say it was their boogers?
China Beach. . Loved having a good cry every week.
Who remembers Bump in the Night? It was about a monster who lived under a kids bed and his friend was a ragdoll. It was made using claymation.

Yes that was called Today's Special. The mannequin that came alive w/ his hat, and the old man who had hair that looked like fries. I had a dream that the mouse/rat was my pet. I can't think of her name now though, Fluffy or something like that.
This isn't a show, it's a skit on Sesame Street. NOBODY knows what I'm talking about. It's like there was a blue one and a pink one, and they were just weird little alien things, and would go "OOOOOOooooooooooohhhh" at stuff. They had stringy stuff hanging down for their bodies, and then they would sway back and forth. I remember one time it was a grandfather clock they were "ooh"ing at, when it bonged they sat there all speechless and everything. Then bonged over and over.
I need a picture of this so I can show people I'm not crazy.

Hahaha, I used to watch that all the time. There was episode starting out where the narrorator said in a creepy voice, "It was a dark and ominous night." And then the other character, that blue thing, said, "Mr. Bumpy, it is a very dark and ominous night." Fucking comedy GOLD when you're 10 years old, seriously.

I think that episode was a "night of the living dead" allusion, but instead it was about a slice of bread that fell behind the microwave and was mutated by the radio active waves.
It ended with a listing of sequels in a bread motif that went on and on (much longer than I can remember):
DAWN OF THE BREAD
EVIL BREAD
EVIL BREAD TWO: BREAD BEFORE DAWN
YEAST OF EDEN
etc.
I would also like to say "The Tick" (cartoon). Not that people don't remember it, but I can never find many people who actually watched it.
What?

Spooooooooooooooooon! I used to watch The Tick too, mug.
Everyone obviously knows Scooby Doo, but the only times I would ever watch it is if they showed the bats coming out of the belfry because then I knew it would be a good episode.
Everyone knows these as well, but I used to dig those Schoolhouse Rock bits. "Interplanet Janet, she's a galaxy girl."

Dear Jane, Marsupilami is originally a pet sidekick in belgian comics "Spirou & Fantasio" (competitor to Tintin), then ended up with is own comics (growing a little marsupilami family), popular in french-speaking Europe.
