Top 5 Worst Movies Of All Time
My friends and I go back and forth on this one, and I guess the list is ever-changing with all of the crap put out these days, but I was wondering what everyone's Top Crap List Would Be:
Off the top of my head, here's mine:
5 - The Thin Red Line (Came out around the same time as Saving Private Ryan) One made me understand the brutality of war, the other made me want to brutally kill myself.
4 - Summer Catch - I went and saw this POS at the $1 Theater and found out I spent way too much. Ok, I didn't have much hope going in with Freddie Prinze Jr. involved, but going with a few girls I thought what the hell, sometimes you have to kiss ass to get some. But that movie, even with the eye candy of Jennifer Biel, was horrendous beyond all possible definitions of the word.
3 - Grease - I find that I have to watch Pulp Fiction over and over again to remind myself that John Travolta is indeed a man, and a good actor.
2 - The Royal Tenebaums - I remember everyone in my screenwriting class raving about how great this movie was, and how funny it was. I didn't get a chance to see it in the theater, but I bought it on DVD and found myself saying over and over, "When is this going to get funny?" Man, that movie porked.
1 - Rocky Horror Picture Show - It's hard to put into words something so horribly bad, and I don't know of any words that can truly capture the essense of shit that well.
