I saw this at the cinema last night - it is totally brilliant.

As in Dead Man's Shoes, Shane Meadows manages to go from a light and humorous scene straight into something dark and serious, and back again. It's awesome. And the kid is just perfect.
(I did bawl my eyes out but the film just brought up some 'issues' for me rather than that being the general reaction for viewers of the film!)

Anyone else seen it?

Not seen it yet, but intend to.

I've got a lot of time for Shane Meadows. A quirky British original.
