I only recently discovered who this chick was through Christopher Guest films...but i will check out Party Girl and i still have to see Dazed and Confused.

That movie was made in 1982. Amy Heckerling directed it herself based on Cameron Crowe's script.
Crowe looks like Linklater.

Theres something about a christopher guest film and the actors included in them that comes off as dry.....there sooo hilarious....but at the same time its no Jim Carrey routine.....its very subtle and i dont know how to describe it but Parker in her comedy has it as well.
