02.13.03 THE GREATEST BAND ON EARTH TO MAKE A MOVIE!
It was announced today that Tenacious D will star in a film directed by music video director Liam Lynch. The script will be written by JB, KG & Lynch. The movie will be produced by JB & KG. We don't know a whole lot about the plot but we're told it will be a "creation" story based on how Tenacious D became the greatest band on Earth. Stay tuned for more details!

Man, I went to see Dumb And Dumberer when I was high, and it just made it worse. Try over-analyzing a movie that caters to the lowst common denominator.

Tenacious D is great...
It's kind of like Adam Sandler, but with a better voice, better music, but less comedy. Well, maybe that doesn't make sense but...
Jack Black is a great singer. I think they could actually be a pretty rocking band in they wanted to be, but I definetely think they're parody/rock hard abs washer board style suits them just fine.
As for the next album...I think I read somewhere that they were making a movie based on Tenacious D...or roughly the same idea.
