The Assassination of Yogi Bear by the Coward Boo-Boo Ford
^Sounds like something they'd do. Whoever "they" are.
"they" is Hollywood!
Seriously is Hollywood on the skids or what. Who needs another remake of some dumb ass cartoon show that we boomers grew tired of years ago. Stop it now.
"The only easy day was yesterday."
Hollywood's been remaking films as long as it's been making films. One assumes people have been complaining about it almost as long.
This is why we can't have nice things.
This doesn't seem possible. Even if the second film ever made was a remake it still wouldn't have been when they started making films.
I knew someone would call on that. Only makes sense it would be Nate.
Remakes predate Hollywood, actually. Edison filmed The Great Train Robbery in 1903, followed by The Little Train Robbery, a remake starring children, in 1905. I figure he had the idea while he was making the first.

oh man, can you imagine if he also made The Canine Train Robbery, like all those other old-timey talking animal movies! HA!

you're right though. I didn't take into account that they were making movies for a while before Hollywood came along.

Do you think they'll come out with a Wacky Races movie after this?
I'd actually go see that if they did.
Or maybe if they remake Animalympics.
