of course most people who like Radiohead think Kid Rock isn't worth the shit he wipes off his ass. i certainly don't, so i'm not concerned with his opinion. actually, i'm not concerned with the opinion of any so-called "musician" or "artist", of which he is neither, who uses their music to insult other musician's.
that above all is why i despise hip-hop and rap, and trendy chick pop and boy band fluff; anybody who thinks it's dope or cute to throw in a lyric "dissing" another group is, in my humble opinion, a fucking idiot who has long since abandoned his or her original passion for the beauty of their musical gift.
Radiohead, whether you like them or not, would never use their music to point out and insult another band. i'm not an avid fan so i can't say if they ever speak out against other bands in interview's, but even if they do, that's not quite the same thing.

Radiohead is bullshit. Clinic is much more complex and intelligent, just by the nature of the music. Radiohead is all hype and image.

There comes a time in every bands life when they have 2 songs. ONe is great and beautiful and the other is ugly and experimental.

Bands should never sacrifice quailty for experimentation. that is what radiohead does. Their b-sides for instance are quite good. Where as their album stuff is experimental crap.

Vonnegut once said, and I tihnk he's right, that art is like having half a conversation with the artist. I'm not what you would call real sociable, I don't put up with bullshit, period. Radiohead reeks of bullshit. You can just hear it ooooozing out of their songs. That's what I don't like. That's why bands that form a sound, like how the Melvins made grunge (just an example), are always better than the followers.
