Once Upon a Time in Meh-hee-co.
It surely cannot go wrong.
And if it does, well.
There will be motherfucking executions.
Johnny Depps name shall not be sullied!
Such a fan.
Are you sullying?
Do I hear sullying coming from you?
I'm there...hottest cast ever. Jesus...
The Mariachi movies are stupid but they're fun.
You know, it looks double cool because of Mr. Johnny Depp, but in the preview it looked just a bunch of retreaded shit from Desperado. Three MORE guys with DIFFERENT guns in their guitar cases! That's totally new, no one's ever seen it!!!
YOU FUCKED THE WORST, NOW FIGHT THE BEST!

vive la mariachi!!!
But... one of the new mariachis is Enrique Iglesias.
Enrique Iglesias.
Come on, man, this is solid gold from the get go.
I think they're overestimating Johnny Depp's newfound mainstream appeal in the marketing of this pic. It's not that I don't like him, but the trailer that just played on TV was like, 50 shots of Johnny Depp speaking, and then Antonio Banderas in a cameo role as the Desperado/Mariachi! It was kind of sad.
Wait, is this a movie or is Auri going to Mexico?
Auri is going to Mexico.
Pffff, dumbass.
Depp rocks it
Yes, because after Desperado, From Dusk Til Dawn, Four Rooms, The Faculty and the Spy Kids movies how can this one end up being anything but amazing?
Robert Rodriguez should be shot in the face.
It's not easy having a good time.
Even smiling makes my face ache.

Everyone here is so anti-Spy Kids! I just can't understand why!
because kids shouldn't be spying, they should be home, doing their school work.
i just saw a commercial, and discovered steve buscemi's in it, too?? i'm so there...
Join us.... Join the Cult of Buscemi...
Hey, Steve Buscemi was in Spy Kids 2.
he was also in 28 days with sandra bullock, but i don't hold that against him, either.
But that was a.. mm. Nevermind. Sandy sucks.
your honor, i'd like to offer exhibition t: speed 2
p.s. need to chat re: more matter and the section "photos"
[ruins another topic] Isn't that Ingrid Bergman photo a good one?

Portrait of the Poster as Young Illiterate — what exactly is he looking at? The first in a long line of buxom blonde babysitters.
not what i had in mind, really, but v. cute.
..... So anyway, I believe this Mexico movie is gonna be the last one I see in the US for at least 9 months. It better be a good one.
johnny depp will always rock. fun movie, badass.
el mariachi (insert mexican guitar music)
I think there were too many characters in this movie leaving most of them thin and uninteresting. As much bronze and dark hair dye they drenched Dafoe in, he just didn't seem like a believable Mexican.
Bandaras was completely overshadowed by Depp, which to me isn't a good thing because he kind of stole all of the mysteriousness that El Mariachi once had.
Mr. Depp is just too good of an actor sometimes I guess.

there was an overabundance of characters. but that's all ill agree with in the statement.
My friend, who is a big movie buff, always finds something nice to say about every movie he's ever seen. He said Daredevil was "fun". *sigh* Anyway, he couldn't find anything in this movie he liked. Albeit, eh was a big fan of the trilogy and probably had high expectations for this one...
I still can't believe he found something good in Daredevil...
I'm dissapointed. I didn't like this movie. It just seemed like it was hastily thrown together. Depp's character was the only thing that kept me interested. And as usual, Depp was awesome. Besides that, it was horrible. I should have known that a movie that had Enrique Eglesias would suck ass.
Suck me beautiful...
i'm dissapointed too. Depp DID steal all of Banderas' glory, and (Spoilers>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>)

- at the end of the movie it took Depp like ten fucking minutes to die, and Banderas killed like 2 people the entire last part of the flick. i loved the hell out of El Mariachi and Desperado, and while i am glad i went and saw this in the theater, i probably won't ever see it again.
on a side note, i'd like to say that i didnt think they still made women with waist's like Salma Hayeks. droooool........ god damn, you could rest your beer on those hips. *slobber* i normally prefer petite little females but she was so damn shapely.... alright, uh.... um.... i'll be right back
SPOILERS!!!!!!
Depp didn't die.
and yes i expected a little more action, although what was there was great.
I had sneak preview tickets to see this, but once I show up, they tell me the theater just filled up...
Dammit
oh, yeah, glamhoth, you are right. still, that shows how much attention i was paying by the end.
hehe good point

I hate Salma Hayek. She is so hideous, and weirdly shapped. Nothing sexy about deformities.
I'm with Gooch Goach on this.
That woman is now, and has always been unquestionably SEX.
Yuck. And she has that horrible nose.
She's hot. You're obviously not a man. Sorry, but we all have our problems.
yup, you are the ghayz0r.
