listening to?
beethoven's 9th symphony...

I'm listening to a sort of home made battle tape: Steve Earle vs. Joe Strummer.
Earle's one hell of a fighter. And I can't help but feel bad about the Strummage. Just when he started releasing music again...
I'm hearing The Music right now. No, no, not just 'the music' in general, a band called The Music.
We'd all like some real friends, but what are the odds of that happening?--Cheif Wiggum
Damn, didn't even know he HAD a record label. I just drove 1400 kilometers round-trip last week to see Steve Earle play.
It was worth it.
Listening to Rasputina's Lost and Found EP now. Love that Bad Moon Rising cover.

It just came out last month, in the new edition (there was a more limited version released online sometime last year, which I didn't get, but this one has a few more songs, I think). Other covers are of Manson's Tourniquet, Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here, Velvet Underground's All Tomorrow's Parties, This Little Piggy (as in, "this little piggy went to market":D , Led Zep's Rock n Roll, and Pat Benatar's (I think) Fire and Ice. It's worth checking out.
Also, if you don't have the first CD, Thanks for the Ether, you might like to get it, as well.
Currently listening to Superjoint Ritual's Use Once and Destroy.
I think it means use once, and be destroyed...it's a bit on the aggressive side, more than most of Phil Anselmo's recent work, such as with Down and the last few Pantera CD's (which I loved also).

you'll get no sympathy from myself and most americans, you're spending 130k on college simply because "you wanted to experience a new area."
