Just do it. Simple as that. The bands you've listened to today. Do it every day.
in absolutely no particular order whatsoever:
Mogwai, DJ Shadow, Nine Inch Nails, the Mars Volta (not only that, but they were on fucking KRock, today, I was so happy), GY!BE, Radiohead, Massive Attack.

incubus
and the dorm across from me's ghetto crap untill the girl downstairs told them "turn off that fucking teenie music"
PDA is a pretty catchy song. But the rest I don't like.
I'm going to be listening to APC on September 16th all day.
-Yeah Yeah Yeahs (Just bought Fever to Tell today)
-Modest Mouse (Just bought The Moon and Antarctica today)

If God takes life, he's an indian giver.
i've heard of modest mouse...been meaning to check that out
I don't like them, or the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. Both are incredibly boring to my ears. But others seem to love em.
To each his own.
Radiohead, Gin Blossoms, Damien Rice, Jason Mraz, John Mayer, Save Ferris, Audioslave, Weezer, Green Day, Sublime, Nirvana ....... can't think of any more.
Mother Superior: "Would sir care for a starter? Some garlic bread perhaps?"
Renton: "No, thank you. I'll proceed directly to the intravenous injection of hard drugs, please."
There's just never enough room for all the quotes that seem necessary.
Broken Social Scene
And I love Interpol.

Stop being me.
There is hope, but not for us.
Just a thought: Bright Eyes sucks. Overly dramatic, crying, boring.

Why? Bright Eyes? I mean, he's alright, he doesn't suck major ass, but then again, he over does it.
Though I must admit Haligh Haligh A Lie Haligh is a nice song.
He's better than Carraba. Enough said, I believe. And he's from Omaha. Represent.

If God takes life, he's an indian giver.

Mother Superior: "Would sir care for a starter? Some garlic bread perhaps?"
Renton: "No, thank you. I'll proceed directly to the intravenous injection of hard drugs, please."
There's just never enough room for all the quotes that seem necessary.
I used to like them too, actually. They can be a springboard for a lot of other emo music. But after listening to DC for too long I got kind of a creepy "Art is Hard" vibe off the whole thing. Selling your love affairs for profit and what have you.
There is hope, but not for us.
interesting to see what ppl are listening to.
