He's at it again!
Seriously, who let this guy back on television, and whyyyyyy?!

I used to live in Cleveland, and I remember reading about him a few times in relation to political issues. I just thought, really? Jerry Springer and politics? Something's wrong here.

Not only was he mayor, he was also the male half of the top rated news anchor team in Cincinnati.
This has been another random act of nonsense.
What I've never understood is, why would people want to bring their drama to live television (or pre-recorded)? I guess it's people who thrive off of drama that would fit best on ridiculous talk shows, but really? What is wrong with people?!

It's fake. Or used to be anyway. I had friends on the show back when. You would get paid extra if you got into a "fight".
This is why we can't have nice things.
Unfortunately and thankfully, I was briefly related to someone that went on one of those shows, wasn't springer though, anyways, they do it for a free trip to new york and the chance to be on tv. All the acting out and fighting is "encouraged."
I kinda figured that much, for the most part. I guess for some people, infamy is better than nothing.

Would you really be able to point out anyone who's come out on Jerry Springer in some everyday scenario? I'm pretty sure I wouldn't. I think it's a smart move on their part. They just have to tell the people they know that it's an act, and they get a free trip. It's not really infamy if no one that you don't know recognizes you.
Si vis pacem, para bellum
it's reverse infamy. by them going on shows like that you end up pointing out people that have never been on the show and thinking "They look like they could be on Springer!"
Hahaha, that sounds about right.

why is it that when a bell randomly ding-dings the entire audience gets up from their seats and start dancing with their shirts off? Is it hypnotism?

we had enough of him and kicked him out of cincinnati. he's your problem now, internet!
