GONE IN FUCKING 60 SECONDS..my friends rave about it all the time. Why do I hate it they ask? It's stupid and boring. The first 80% of the movie is talking about stealing cars then the last 20 minutes actually involves car theft. Every character and bit of dialog spoken is cliche. I bet plenty of people here hate it because we're usually somewhat intelligent, but god, what a bomb. Angelina Jolie couldn't even save it.
Nicolas Cage was terrible in that movie, as he is in most movies.
Then again, I might be wrong.

I really really cant stand to watch Dazed and Confused. I know that it has a big cult following and for me it was kind of funny the first time i saw it but i just dont see how everyone laughs and laughs at it. Maybe i should smoke some pot before i watch it.

Other than the obvious ones like Fast and the Furious...
Mulholland Drive is one that isn't my favorite to watch. It was really good once, and I love the story...but I don't like watching it. It has a TV feel to it (I probably know why too) and I don't like the dark haired girl, I can't remember her name.

KIDS- Even Harmony Kroine's Gummo had merit, at least it made me giggle. Clark's KIDS just blows goats. It seems like one of those films where they try so hard to get a "message" across and infrom the general public about what is really going on. It is too bad the general public already knew this long before this crap was released.

I wouldn't call it worship as much as it is a fascination like that of a little cut on the roof of your mouth that would heal and go away if you could just stop tonguing it, but you can't. It hurts so much in an amazingly distracting and annoying way, making you realize how much you take it for granted when nothing is wrong with your mouth. But the pain is kind of delicious and so you swish with listerine until your eyes tear up in front of the mirror, as you wish you could ignore this cut and accomplish something of value.
Gone in 60 Seconds
I HATE Angelina Jolie and Nick Cage is only slightly better, mostly for having done Leaving Las Vegas.
I saw 60 Seconds in a theatre (can't explain why I actually did this) in Denver, and probably ten minutes or so before the movie ends, the fucking power goes out in the whole theatre! After about fifteen minutes, the management comes in and says how sorry they are about the whole inconvienence and they will give us all free tickets to see the movie again. Note: not [I]any[/I] movie, but 60 Seconds....again.
I sat through way too much of that movie already, so why would I want to relive that just to see the end? Fuck that.
