i've seen a ton of horror movies

but i would say the hands down scariest is The Grudge

if you live near a cornfield, i would suggest Children of the Corn
-walking past a cornfield at night gets scarier after that.

I haven't seen the original, but the American remake was the most laughably stupid horror movie I'd watched in ages.

How could I fucking forget Psycho with Anthony Perkins? That's probably my favorite scary movie of all time. Although it is more psychological thriller or what have you. But it's was one of my first scary movies and I think having been to Universal seeing where they filmed part of it adds a lot to that.

Love Psycho, and Anthony Perkins is great.
This clip from SNL always makes me laugh:

I went to elementary school with a girl who was in Children of the Corn, but she wasn't scary, just spoiled.

ha nice

also i watched a pretty hilarious horror movie called Slither. Jenna from the office is in it and Elizabeth Banks.

It's not scary but the writing is pretty decent and funny.

My older sister let me watch Nightmare on Elm St with her while our parents were out when we were younger, it had a profound affect on me and scared the shit of me for a long time. Hated scary movies for years, until recently getting an appreciation for them. Anything with needless, excessive violence i still find repulsive. I remember reading a theory we watch scary films as a kind of immunisation against real life horror, it was quite convincing though i can't remember much it. And yeah, bad horror movies make for great watching because of how utterly ridiculous they are.

This has to be my favourite horror movie of all time. It still gives me nightmares to this day.

I've been tryin' to get a copy of "The Undead," a Roger Corman flick BUT moi ain't gonna pay $25 American for a Public Domain flick. MST3K has a version @ YouTube but, even though I admire the 'wraps', acting skills and production values, I can not stand to watch it. I mean, STFU you big-mouthed puppets.
Don't get me wrong, a horror host that jumps in, once in awhile, is great; it adds to the show...but not constantly yammering.

Oh, anywho, it you get a chance to see it, do. Well, unless you get skeert. Also don't watch "Black Sunday" or "Black Sabbath."

Do
Stay on groovin' safari,
Tor

Each person has his own choice of movie. I am not interested in watching movies. But one day, when i switched on my TV, I start watching movie Innocent. It is a amazing movie. The ghost in this movie just like real. I enjoyed a lot and i start watching movies.
