Best Ensemble Cast (or Magnificent Seven tribute thread)
What's some good movies that had big ensemble casts? Ocean's Eleven i guess is the most well known. Pick ones that got at least 4 people in them.
Also, is The Magnificent Seven the greatest ensemble cast ever? Yul Bynner, Steve McQueen, James Coburn, Charles Bronson and Robert Vaughn. I don't know how the hell that german guy got in there but still that's a hell of a cast!
Do you think they could even make a movie like that today without it being corny?
Discuss the film's brilliance!
True Romance...
Christian Slater
Patricia Arquette
Dennis Hopper
Val Kilmer
Brad Pitt
James Gandolfini
Gary Oldman
Bronson Pinchot
Christopher Walken
Chris Penn
Tom Sizemore
Michael Rappaport
Samuel L. Jackson
...granted, Christian Slater and Patricia Arquette were clearly the leads, with everyone else playing less significant roles, but still...an insanely good cast.
Boogie Nights had a pretty great cast.

Magnolia, as much as I dislike that movie, had an epic cast. True Romance is a great mention. I just watched Grand Hotel last night, and that was supposedly like the very first movie that had an allstar cast. Great flick, that is.

The magnificent seven are not even qualified to shine The seven samurai's tabi.
