a musical riddle
What do all of these songs have in common?
(posted in the correct format for imke)
AC/DC - Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap
Beastie Boys - Sabotage
The Beatles - Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds
Bobby Darin - Mack the Knife
Dave Matthews Band - Crash Into Me
Bob Dylan - Knockin' On Heaven's Door
Filter - Hey Man, Nice Shot
Elton John - Benny and the Jets
Limp Bizkit - Break Stuff
MC Hammer - Have You Seen Her
Megadeath - Sweating Bullets
Frank Sinatra - New York, New York
Soundgarden - Black Hole Sun
That is the least likely thing these songs have in common.
You edited your post! But i still stick with what i said.
my edit was just that it was "post 9/11"
i inserted those two words when i remembered the circumstances surrounding it after i posted.

whaddo i win!?
dont say i won a trip to the whale's belly. i'm no jonah.
you win nothing for answering the riddle right off the bat and thusly causing this thread to flop.
If you listen to any of these songs then you are against America!

Man, I love that squirrel. Is there nothing he can't do?
Tuffy the Dump Truck may rarely increase the risk of a heart attack or stroke. The risk may be greater if you have heart disease or increased risk for heart disease (for example, due to smoking, family history of heart disease, or conditions such as high blood pressure or diabetes), or with longer use. Tuffy should not be taken right before or after heart bypass surgery. Also, Tuffy may infrequently cause serious (rarely fatal) bleeding from the stomach or intestines. This effect can occur without warning symptoms at any time while taking Tuffy. Older adults may be at higher risk for this effect. (See also Precautions and Drug Interactions sections.) Stop taking Tuffy and get medical help right away if you notice any of the following rare but serious side effects: bloody or black/tarry stools, persistent stomach/abdominal pain, vomit that looks like coffee grounds, chest/jaw/left arm pain, shortness of breath, unusual sweating, weakness on one side of the body, sudden vision changes, slurred speech. Ask your doctor if Tuffy is right for you.
it's still not as bad and heartbreaking as when that one also ruined my One Post Thread Thread.
edit: "asshole", not "also".

Thank you!
Man, I love the list of songs you gave us the link to. "Lyrically questionable" songs. Geez!
They're all handicapped?

How can that be right? Or were they just banned for, like, a month. Because those songs are still on all the time.

I love you, Nate.

it was just one of those overly-concerned prudish soccer-mom suggestions, these songs are dangerous blargh! i'm not sure anyone took it seriously.

Ah, i get it.

I love you, Nate.
I realize now that I had been saving all those pictures over the last year or so just for that one epic post.

Somebody sent the whaaambulance over to the clearchannel offices and they decided these songs were inappropriate for radio broadcast post 9/11, asking for them to be blackballed.
