300 Review (movie)

oh, man. my woman couldnt stop laughing. she loved it, maybe more than i. when it would go into the longer bits of dialogue, she'd whisper under her breath to the screen, shut up and sword somebody. then it would cut to a sword thrust that lops a man's leg twelve feet into the air in fast followed by slow followed by fast motion. her eyes would get big, shed get giddy in her seat. it was a good time. course we had the finished end of a pint of whiskey between us before the flick. the rest of the night, she was like a child. kept having me scream THIS IS SPARTAN (i have a commanding stage voice)

for those who've stated an uncertainty weither or not to see it, wondering if they'd like it.. hey, that was me a few days before we went. then went to this site, for a sneak preview. takes a lot out of the experience, and the screen was small, the sound bad, the lighting dense, but you can at least get a feel for the movie; id seen maybe 12 minutes of it before i decided to go and see it. well worth the investment. here is the site:

Friday night, I saw Blades of Glory, then snuck into 300. Seeing 300 again would have been better if there were no Mexicans in the theater. Them speaking spanish while the film is playing, letting their millions of kids run all over the theater.

But I'm getting a 300 bootleg. Just because I can. I love the internet. You used to have to know someone to get a bootleg.

I saw it a few weeks ago, it was a leaked DVD Screener, good quality.

Its good in the action department, as for dialogue? pretty sparce, they could of went deeper with somethings. Besides that, I really liked it!

I yelled "This is Sparta!!!" when that part came up. Then I kicked the person in the seat in front of me into a dark pit that somehow formed in the middle of the theater.

Its been over 5 years since Ive been to the cinema but Im seriously considering it for this.

I think im gonna see this movie. Its going to be released on April 5, here in Portugal.

i LOVED this movie. gerard butler is HOT! i even blogged about it...
ok, so i posted a pic and called him my new boyfriend.
i saw it twice at the theater because it was so entertaining!
and the sex scene... woo - hoo!

needless to say, i want to buy it on dvd as well.
