30 Seconds to Mars-HURRICANE (the banned Music Video).
Recently 30 Seconds to Mars finally completed their short film/music video for the song "Hurricane" off their latest album "This is War." And what ya know...it was banned from TV! "Very Violent, Seriously Sexual, Overtly Ambitious" are the words that describe this video by critics. I am a fan of 30STM, and was pretty stoked about this video seeing the light of day...even though it is over the top, and insanely dramatic, and a bit much...I can't help but like it 
It reminds me of a mix of Stanley Kubrick's "Eyes Wide Shut" and Nine Inch Nail's music video for "Closer." This link shows the video that was supposed to be shown on MTV. No it doesn't anymore lol. I haven't watched MTV in years and I don't think I'm missing much, I found out recently that they just play strictly reality TV now. When I watched this I was really surprised that the "MTV" logo was even on the screen. I also think it's funny when they did play music videos, they could have some rap video (no offense to rap music)with girls basically fucking and getting booze poured all over them and gang shit...but in this case...BONDAGE=BAD! The world can't see that! But then again there's the internet

they ought to have the FCC take away their liscense or have someone sue them or something. they shouldn't be legally allowed to call themselves MTV anymore.

Leto is one giant try-hard. They're very contrived. I can't really dig anything that they've done, except for that Gaga cover. but even then it dragged on for way too long and I found myself bored by about halfway through.
He's got a great body though, so that's a plus for him.

That is very true, Nate. He's a much better actor than he is band dude though.
of all the actors turned musicians though he's probably one of the best, (with the exception of maybe Akroyd and Belushi)
i feel like I'm defending them like that one fangirl of panic at the disco was, I don't even own any of their albums or even particularly like them LOL
That one video they did where they were in China or something and they were all in samurai garb was fucking awful. So was that one that was just one long The Shining homage.
