Oh well, still a cool name though, and it does sound pretty interesting.

I saw this film yesterday, and let me tell you...SEE THIS FILM. It might be the heaviest film i've ever watched, and you won't feel good about living after seeing it, but it's worth it. Did any of us like being a part of planet earth after watching Requiem For A Dream? God, I hope not, but we all liked that film. Watch 21 Grams! You will enjoy it.

Just came out on dvd a couple days ago, rented it...great movie.

I just ordered it on dvd, should have it by tomorrow. Looking forwards to seeing this film. Niomi Watts is a fantastic actress.

Here in the USA.
Sometimes a small movie like 21 Grams has to gain one hell of a buzz to reach other cities instead LA or NY. Once theses films gain some heat, then studios will distribute the films to wider audiences, such as my city Anchorage.
DVD release dates are fairly fast, which is usually 5 months after the film has stopped playing in most cities.

My dvd came through a few days ago, watched the first hour so far, had to stop watching because the camera work set off my motion sickness, and so far it's bloody amazing. Can't wait to see the second half.

i'm also quite suprised that it took so long to reach cinemas in the states, here in europe it's been around for a couple of months...
i've seen it and i recomend it.

I didn't like this movie at all. It was extremely long and slow, up until the titty scene, where I was surprised to see such large nipples on such an innocent and cute looking girl.

I still call movies movies. Instead of films.

I totally disagree with your remarks, but its your opinion. Extremely long and slow? (unnecessary) redundancy on your part. This movie is not a commercial. Its rare to see any image on screen or tv that holds for five seconds without cutting. Innocent and Cute? She was drugie who lost her family. Innocence is way gone. Titty scene? If you want tits, then rent porn. I'm not mad you, but I think your taste or tolerance in films can mature.

Heh, I hate it when guys freak out over nakedness in movies. When we saw Dawn of the Dead the first time, and Sarah Polley and her husband are in the shower in the beginning...all of a sudden the guys behind us turned into Beavis and Butthead...I wanted to turn around and ask why they let little kids in R rated movies now (they looked about 23).

They even had the hetero-seat between them. I guess they needed to validate to each other that they get turned on by a naked girl. (or maybe it was the husband they were excited about!) It's amazing how many guys act like they've never seen breasts before.

Not saying this about whoever posted about her nipples...just idiot meatheads in movies...this post just reminded me of them

yea i know, i was just kidding. seriously though i can understand why people don't like it when they say it was "trying to hard" or it piled on the horrible occurances one time too many to be believable but i can't really take the view that it was boring until the nipple scene seriously. but then ive seen it so i dont need to read the reviews anyway

Not nipple hating...I hate the guys who freak out when they're 24 years old, in a movie theater because they MIGHT SEE A GIRL NAKED OH MY GOD!!!!!! they just need to calm the fuck down. they got all giggly and everything. Nothing wrong with liking it, obviously.
