The Sunset Limited by Cormac McCarthy
The "novelin dramatic form" sits to the right of me. I just finished it, and wanted to know thoughts and interpretations from any one else whom has read it.
What mainly prompted this thread was my wanting to discuss where Mr. McCarthy sat at that table seperating Black and White, and I wonder which side he leaned further on: optimism or pessism or inbetween.
"My hopes lay shattered like a mirror on the floor
I see myself and I look really scattered
But I lived my broken dreams"
- Daniel Johnston
