I just started this, and I was hoping to get some clarification if possible.

The first page, is it *meant* to start mid-sentence? No capitals, as though I'm missing something here?

I bought a print from '88 and just wanted to make sure I'm not missing something?

Thanks chaps.

Yeah, and that's how the movie starts off, too.

And it ends that way too.

The movie and the book.

hmm? giving the ending away? who knows!

anyway, i just finished this yesterday. i really enjoyed it. there was some great stuff in there. i thought BEE pulled off the multiple character POV with ease. apart from the odd characters (Patrick [as i haven't read American Pyscho], Clay [which i thought didn't really sound like Clay all the much, Mitchell, Betrand, Victor etc) i thought you could read Sean, Laura (ha ha), and Paul's parts without even looking at the heading, telling you who it was. the characters were well developed and they each had their own language. which is why it made it so easy to distinguish who was speaking.

yeah, i liked it. so much more could be said but i won't.
