The Death Of Bunny Munro by Nick Cave anyone?
Just bought it and started reading it in the car on the way home, while driving of course, i couldn't put it down once i started.
i'm really enjoying it. it's filth. in my opinion, alot better than his first efforts. and i don't even really like 3rd person perspective that much. unless it's vital for the story and i can't possibly imagine it in 1st person.
anyway. great fucking book.

I have never yet read a Canongate book I didn't like, they are the definitive desert island publishers. Don't consider skipping their myth series, all story, all love of story, all the time.

i really wanna try and find out if there are any other aussies in the workshop. surely i'm not the only australian wannabe writer that likes chuck and decided that the best way for my writings to be acceptable was to join here. uh, well, its the best thing i've done so far. i've learnt more in the month here than i think i could in any writing courses, and i havent even posted a story yet!

Murder Ballads is one of my favorite Nick Cave albums. I've always meant to pick up and the ass saw the angel but for whatever reason never did after all these years. Now, I'm going to have to get this new one, cool stuff.

Just finished reading The Death of Bunny Munro. Is it just me or does this book have way too much in common with Bret Easton Ellis' Lunar Park?
