Minimalism Studying
I got to Amy Hempel through Chuck and was absolutely shocked by her aweseomeness. I have read her "HARVEST" for nearly twenty times. It was so fantasitically written.
Another thing that was also brought into my mind is the mysterious Spanbauers' workshop.
I thought such a great craft might have written some textbooks, or somethiing like that. But obviously he didn't.
Is there any book on writting that focus on Minimalism?
Thank you.

I read somewhere that Tom Sapnbauer was writing a book On Writing, is it out yet?
He definitely should be since he made a lot of awesome people.
But I checked pretty carefully online, and there is none.

Thank you.
This is the prime motivation I checked out Amy Hempel and which gave me a basic idea of minimalism.
But great stuff.

jim, let me get to scanning. well, let me look around first. i had a whole lot of hempel techniques printed and bound a few years ago. i should still have that fifty or whatever pages tapebound.
the spanbauer workshop worked for chuck. i think also maybe chelsea cain, and monica drake.
i'll revisit my collected files in the day tomorrow and see what i have for you, maybe a few sites to share with the workshop folks.
thanks for bringing it up
