I'm pretty sure Loser is in that Neil Gaimen collection (there's a thing on the news page about it). Not sure about knock knock. But if you're hat desperate to hear it, I know there's a video, or two rather, of him reading it at a reading. There's a link to that somewhere too. Probably in the author sub forum. It's hardly worth it though. It's a pretty shitty story. Just a bunch of dad jokes compiled together really.

Instead of reading them, you should read one of the shorts from Will Christopher Baer or Craig Clevenger. They can be found in the features page.
