Well, it's a great time to be discovering the Cult!

Besides tons of all things Chuck, you will find that Bookclub is
really picking up steam now under it's new captain, Jeff Walsh.

Also, the Writer's Workshop is getting up to speed.
If you write, you may want to submit something.
Also, you can read and review tons of prose and poetry pouring
in from all around.

I hope Jeff doesn't mind this thread getting so chatty. He may
pick it up and move it over to "new members post here" instead
of the Bookclub forum, but either way, welcome to the ship of
fools.

I am eager to start participating in the Book Club... might have to wait till Jan 04 though cause I am in the midst of getting thru the rest of Chucks' books as well as another one by another author.

Reading Survivor right now.... it's great (like any Chuck book could be less)....

I also have a book by ex-wrestler Mick Foley... called Tietam Brown.... my boyfriend loved it and convinced me to give it a try....

You must let me know how this book is.... I read his little wrestling autobiography and thought it was pretty good. I saw this book on the shelf and was leary but I still want to read it..... Let me know what you think.

Mick Foley aka Mankind on WWF now WWE. He was a pro-wrestler. He's a surprisingly good writer though.
