no news as they say is good news. godspeed is still forthcoming, and rumors abound about there being a WCB short collection coming out shortly thereafter. although, that is just a rumor.

This book was the first thing I looked for after graduating basic, and I'm still bummed by the fact that its not released yet.

someone said it. chinese democracy. hopefully though, this will actually be worth the papper it's printed on. maybe even more. looking forward to it.

as of the stories. hasn't he released some shorts in those akashic noir series? maybe it's them and some others?

I check up on this every once in a while and it seems like it always has a new release date getting pushed back all the time.

He had a story, Deception of the Thrush, in San Francisco Noir. Seizure appeared in Bomb magazine, The Velvet and Colors (an early version of a Hell's Half Acre chapter) in Nerve, and Suffer the Fool right here on the Cult and somewhere else before, probably.

But it's known he's got a book's worth of 'em, and the last wisp of information we got was they're chilling on his editor's desk. Which is a damn good place for them to be, if you ask me, since it's one step closer to the presses.
