I had no clue there was something like Cyberpunk, interesting.
Nevertheless, it is a cyberpunkish book.
What's steampunk?
If you like Gibson then you might enjoy Jeff Noon. Another good one is Steve Aylett, Shamanspace is one of my favourite books. Bigot Hall is good as well, hilarious and dark, full of fantastic quotes.
