Will you accept a book on media ethics in journalism? I read 'The Journalist and the Murderer' by Janet Malcolm as part of journo degree. It is based on the real life story of journalist writing a book about a murderer. Claiming to write a book that would work in his defence, he agreed and the book ended up being an indictment of the crime and the murderer. Malcolm's book is about the resulting law suit where a convicter murderer was essentially seen as the good guy against a writer. Can't claim it be a work of genius but it is an interesting tale.
"But I don't want to go among mad people," Alice remarked.
"Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat. "We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat. "or you wouldn't have come here"
Actually, this might be more like what I'm looking for.

61, thats a movie. Not so much corruption, just assholes ruining Roger Maris' life.
"They sold you hippies grunge, hip hop, now liberty activism."
