I buy books all the time probley more than i should! but this weekend at chapters they have a buy 3 get one free deal.
They are on "Pocket" soft cover jackits novels.
I was thinking The Girl with a dragon tattoo! I heared it was good and looks intresting as well as the Girl who plays with fire. But then i bought silance of the lambs not to long ago. So I was thinking maybe Red Dragon and Hannibal. Not sure!
What do you think I should get?
More importantly what 4 books would you get?

How is Blindness I was looking at it but didnt know if i should pick it up or not! I did see the movie and it was alright.
Blindness is great. After I read it went out and got two more of his books. Once you get over the lack of paragraphs its great and disturbing too!
Get Red Dragon, Hannibal, Blindness, one of those combs there, and a pint of Old Harper.

The Savage Detectives is a masterpiece! I like the story, especially Quim Font when he is having a nervous breakdown. That part is hilarious! The interviews kind of threw me off at first, but I was amazed how Roberto Bolano (or Arturo Belano as he is known in the book) could give a unique voice to the many different interviewees. It's the first novel I have seen with strange symbols in it which make up part of the story too.
By the way, I wonder if Los Suicidas mezcal is a real alcoholic drink or a hyperbole invented by the author?
I just picked them up yesterday actuly. I picked up Red Dragon, Hannibal, The girl with the Dragon Tattoo, and The girl who Plays with Fire. I cant wait to sink my self into them!
