A Clockwork Orange
I just finished reading A Clockwork Orange for the second time and felt like discussing with anyone who's interested
I think Anthony Burgess is more or less a genius for writing this story
The slang he came up with [mixture of russian and cockney] is just awesome
And I've taken to using it in my everyday life
If anyone's already posted a thread about this, I apologize
But I was far too lazy to look through every page

Has anyone ever heard the Rob Zombie song 'Never Gonna Stop" ??
It's all about a clockwork orange and it's a kickass song as well
Wasnt sure whether to put that in the music section or not, but I figured it would fit in a discussion about the book

Rob zombie is a genious. I have a clock work orange sitting on my bookshelf. Have to read it.
Read it now very funny very smart enjoy a bit of the old ultra-violence o my droogies.

The movie is one of my favourites, but I haven't read the book yet. I actually dressed up as Alex for our "graduation party" -thing in high school. And I kicked some ass with that costume (not literally..)
I used ACO for my grade 9 culminating English project and got like an A+.
I love A Clockwork Orange. Coincidentally I'm wearing a spanish CWO shirt that I got in Argentina. It says "La Naranja Mecanica"
