This is such a great picture thread!! I've missed you guys so much while I've been sick. I just couldn't hardly do anything, except lay around, drink lots, I was so thirsty and eat lots of different soups for every meal. Canned and homemade. It was a total soup fest.
Jaz, a couple years back we did all green for our tree. I think we stayed with that for 3 years. My husband came up with it and I wasn't so sure about it, but whenever we were done doing the tree... I LOVED IT!
Pepper your tree looks really pretty and I've always loved a tree that has all the colors. That is what I do, when we don't try to do a theme.
I love your lights Alecia! We actually put lights up this year. We have the two giant pine trees in the front yard that my husban dug out of our woods and planted when we moved in. Theya are 24 years old and really big and tall. We would have to rent one of those GLG lifts to put the lights on and probably just leave them on year round. Anyhow, we didn't do those, but on the other side of the driveway, we have 4 young pine trees and we did those. My sister Inlaw gave me some of those old school, big bulb lights and we used those on the trees.
Everyone else's trees and decorations look so good. I'm really in the spirit, like Jaz said and I'm noticing lots of people are this year. I think we all have NEEDED this holiday this year.

I swear to god this duck was blocking traffic and I had to call the cops on her. She was wondering back and forth accross the street. I got out of my car and kept getting her into the grass and bushes on the one side but then she would want to go to the other. Dispathed laughted and me and sent an officer.

Lot of good that will do. Everyone knows the ducks are in with the cops.

I just didnt want the duck to get hurt. I was really worried and had someone honk and me so I just stood and yelled while pointing "DUCK"
I have gotten out of my car to help frogs, mice, and geese get out of the road too...I like animals.

Now to blow your mind.... there was no Duck, it wasn't real. It was simply a figment of your imagination. Then a cut back a few scenes shows you walking in the middle of the street yelling "DUCK" at random strangers and pointing to the ground.... Did anyone else interact with the duck? lol

Well, some people dance and it's not bad. There was this super cute nerdy girl in a business skirt dancing like crazy and she made it look good. But generally it's not a good idea to bump and grind out there.
