yeah, that's pretty shady to accept that as an alibi. If he's got the reciept from there, that's what could be some kind of proof.

From what I've gathered on Facebook, if you use your iPhone or Blackberry, etc... it says something to that effect under the status update.

You misunderstood. He updated it from his house, supposedly. "WHERER MY IHOP" apparently just means "I want pancakes" in ghetto.

And yeah, if he had updated via smartphone, it would have said so. But, of course, he could have also had someone update his status for him.

The point, though, is that "WHERER MY IHOP" should enter our collective vernacular.

As a status alone it probably wouldn't have worked as an alibi, but seeing as it says he was on the phone, they can probably match it to his phone records, along with anyone in the house at the time, making it enough.
