I'm very interested in this as well. I finally read and LOVED Trainspotting over the summer, as it's always been one of my favorite movies (Ewan MacGregor as Renton was perfect!). I've since ordered its sequel, Porno, and will read it after I finish the Stephen King's 4th Dark Tower novel - Wizard and Glass.

Correct. I paid €10 to go to a reading and SIGNING by him and there was a girl at my table that loved his books and got really upset when he barely acknowledged her. He signed one book for her then turned his back on her. I felt really bad for her. I havent read anything by him since.

Very strange. I found him quite cool and not asshole-ish at all. He stood around and chatted and was really nice. In fact, at some point, when we were in the same buffet line at an after party, he recognized me as well Smile Big and we exchanged niceties lol.
