Haha,I heard there is a study article saying vegan or vegetarians are more aggressive than people on normal diet. But I don't know, really, I haven't read it anyway. I don't have much problem but you know I run regularly too. I'm pretty sure that helps regulate my mood.
It might be easier to just go Macrobiotic one day a week; give up meat, dairy & honey, and keeping seafood?

Well, it's an adaption of that meatless Monday deal, but since I eat vegetarian a lot alraedy, I thought I'd try vegan one day a week...but I don't think I'm going to be able to do it. I don't want to substitute fake meat because I don't eat packaged foods so gah..
