The Thread Only For People Who Ordered More Than 2 Weeks Ago And Haven't Received Yet

Boy, that could be the longest thread title I've ever typed.

Okay, let me just update you all. I am still going through with my promise to take over all customer service and shipping of the CoolHandLukens CULT Tshirts. The only thing holding me up is that I would like Ryan to catch up with all his back orders and "problem orders" before I come on board. That way I can start fresh with a clean slate.

So this thread's purpose is to put all these cases in one place. Therefore, I would like everyone reading this right now who ordered a Tshirt 2 weeks ago or more and still hasn't received it to post their info here. That means any information about yourself you're willing to leave us:

Email address you paid with and method (snail mail or Paypal)

You'd be surprised how many people contact me and leave none of the above. I totally understand that we're at fault here until I take over, but please just make this as easy on us as possible. Nobody is going to be ripped off. Anyone who hasn't received their shirts in a looong time, or has received word from Ryan that their style/size is no longer available [u]should request a refund[/u].

But until I can take over, we need to catch up with all the backorders and problem orders. So please, let's hear from you. But try and keep it professional. No more potshots. I already know this is a fucked up situation. No need to remind me. Just lay out the info I asked for and we'll get this squared away asap.
