i didn't get the chance to take a picture with chuck norris. sorry, i know i let the team down on that one. i did get a couple of pictures though.

i made this lady think we were volunteers so she gave us some free t-shirts and we got to go down into the little reserved area. chuck was talking to this guy for like 15 minutes and then he left and his bodyguards (that's right, bodyguards) told us no more pictures.

i also went to a concert but i'll post those pictures later, non of the websites are working on my work computer. we were sitting there waiting for the main band to play and this girl came up and asked us if we wanted to take a picture for the house of blues so we did. then we go back to our conversation and not 5 minutes later some chicks with a dallas newspaper asked us if they could take our picture. i guess we looked good sitting back there.

We had some kinda mini tsunami last week that washed a boat waaaaaay up on the beach.

I took a picture of it on saturday...

and by Sunday it was all tagged up, but with happy things instead of gang bullshit.

And then, later on my bike ride, I saw this commercial shoot where a model had the job of spazz dancing to the music in her head...





So, if this girl makes it on TV in some sort of Revlon commercial, know that I was there...

i went to see the sounds in dallas this weekend. if it's cool, they're my favorite band now. they're this crazy swedish band from sweden. i was surprised at how well the pictures turned out from my shitty cellphone.

trying to take a picture of the singer was like trying to take a picture of lightning, you have to just snap away and hope for a good shot

then, as i mentioned before, we were sitting there waiting for the shitty shitty opening acts to finish when 2 seperate groups of photographers asked us if they could take our picture. one chick was with the house of blues and the others were with the dallas observer, the free press paper up there. the dallas observer hasn't posted the pictures yet.

house of blues doesn't let you save pictures from their site so i'll have to photoshop the watermarks off but i don't have photoshop. the girl in the middle would be my girlfriend if she didn't live in dallas (i'm in houston). she's terribly agoraphobic and as we were walking to the show, i was gonna put my arm around her just for the hell of it but before i had the chance, she grabbed my arm and held it tight because we were around big crowds and big buildings. anytime the crowd got loud, she squeezed my arm tighter. it was pretty cute, i dig weird girls and i love playing the protector role. yeah...good weekend.
