Worrying whether people will post in a thread is the perfect way for no one to ever make new threads and then everyone gets bored and leaves and then when someone does make a new thread no one is around to post in it and it is all a massive gargantuan self fulling cycle of lonely doom. Maybe I'm over thinking this.
Oh the Naked food thread. All the old timers we angry and it was perfect. But I think a lot of people dont make new threads becuase of the fear of it staying empty or for being ridiculed becuase it is similar to a post that was created and popular but lost in the archives.

thanks girls! just trying to play around with different styles and media. I hadn't used watercolors for years, but i found my old set and thought i'd have a crack at it - some are dried up but it's alright. I'll have to get some watercolor paper to do things proper justice.

I have a love hate with watercolors. I think they love the way watercolor looks when used properly. When I have to use watercolors I get frustrated with their bleeding qualities but that's the very thing I like about them when looking at watercolor pieces.
