International shipping takes about 2 weeks. Or 3, if the post is really slow. I just got a notice for Sarah's package and she sent it 2 weeks and 2 days ago. So I'd say 1 December for those who have international shipping, and maybe 10 December for the rest. Better to be there a couple of days before Christmas when the post office is actually open.

Yeah, I think 1st December for international shipping sounds reasonable.
I've started collecting a few bits and pieces already, I'm excited.

Yeah, that's why 1 and 10 are reasonable dates. I think last year my package reached Sam in 10 days. It was sooner than expected, anyway.
Why can't we cut off around at least mid November? It would be nice not having to rush.
I'm with Hattie, I suggested before cutting off early November, so as to have six to eight weeks from the time you found out your giftee to when you must mail out.
Well, as soon as we figure out who's in we can assign the giftees. Early NOvember sounds fine to me.
What about 11 November? That's on a Sunday. We need time for research, planning, buying things and putting together the package.

11 november sounds good to me. can´t have the package arrive three weeks before christmas and then i´ll have to wait to open it. i´m not the patient kind. also our package might contain some nice little something from bali.
I'm in on the early or mid November cutoff date. That gives a generous amount of time for gathering goodies and mailing.

You guys really are like family to me. I can talk to you about things and not feel like I'm just blabbing to myself. I can't tell you how much that means to me. You are all so very dear to me and I can't thank you enough for every bit of support you've shown over these past couple of years. I want to meet every single one of you and we just need to have a big group hug.
If anyone is planning on sending anything (and I need to update this via the postcard thread as well, although most of you are probably in here), I've moved my stuff to my mom's, so just send me a message on here or facebook and I'll send that to you. I might still be able to send out a few cards here and there seeing as I'll have plenty of time to be crafty in the next few months or so.

I think European sizes are a little smaller than the American fat ass sizes.
