It is 6:08 am here in Georgia. It's partly cloudy and it's Tuesday September 1st 2009. no scissors, sorry. but i happened to watch tmz last night and there was this big black bar on half the screen like this:
i thought something was wrong with my tv but when i brought up the guide, the black bar disappeared:
and as soon as i took the guide down, the black bar reappeared:
anyway, it was pretty weird and it was only on tmz, not other channels or during commercials. maybe they were gonna show something they weren't supposed to show or something so the network got mad, i don't know. i didn't see anything too offensive. anyone else see it?
