You can't fault the guy if that's been his experience with women. But try and be openminded enough to realized that you will never know what exactly you're getting into when you take a woman home. The stereotypes you mentioned are sometimes true, yes, but honestly, some of my friends that one might consider chubby are the ones that are most adventurous.
