Pointless Announcements
I would be pretty foolish of her to leave them out a second time around, maybe she will learn finally.
I agree. All of the responses to her post have been about keeping bikes locked away, she hasn't responded.

She just responded. She says her nine year old left them unlocked. Silly child.

This is pretty adorable.
PA:I did it! I made it to the gym. Not early in the morning like a wanted to because I had really shitty sleep and crazy dreams about the ocean all night. But I made it to the gym and worked out for an hour. I did workouts to see where my strength is at right now. Mostly upper body, tomorrow I will see where I'm at with my lower body. Gonna keep a log. I'm reading everyday. I also want to try to keep a journal more frequently. I'm not sure how I'm gonna go about writing in this one. My journals have each had a theme of some sort in a way. I guess I'll just try to keep this one as minimal as possible.
I just want to say that I looooooove you guys! I'm totally drunk off my ass because we just had margaritas with some of Drew's co workers who live in our neighborhood, but for real, I love y'all.
I think I may have made a new friend who is also a girl, and that's really cool.
I love you. And you, and you, and you and also you.
I'm opening up because I'm drunk but I'm just gonna put it out there....I would have something missing in my life if I couldn't read Amber's posts and know her as a person. Also Irina.
Aw damn. I love you too Alecia and that made me feel really good. Thank you for saying that.
....
The MRI showed that the cancer on my grandma's skull has disappeared. There was only a small amount there, but it is gone.
She is going to have the rest of her body scanned soon to find out about everywhere else. (it was/is in most of her bones)
That's great pepper, hope the scan goes well for your grams!
I don't know what to think. I am happy, but incredulous.
I'm not going to think about it.

All the hugs!
These last PAs made me so happy!
I love you, Alecia!
Yay for no cancer, Pepper!
Big S, that is so so sweet. I hope you told your girlfriend that, and I hope you write it down in a babybook or something because that's wonderful memory to treasure.
Hehe Alecia is drunk. I love you too girrrll! Hope you don't wake up with a hangover. Yay for more girl friends!
Oh yeah Alicia, hydrate. And enjoy the drunk
Big S is a softie.
Ditto, what Sarah said.
I had trouble falling asleep and now I'm awake and can't go back to sleep. My normal medicine plus this cough medicine should have me sleeping like a baby. I don't get it.

Oh, and I can actually breathe at the moment, which is nice.

When i was a kid and we'd walk the streets and such, if there was ever a bike just laying around unattended, we'd go for a little ride and just ditch it somewhere. It happened a lot.
In The Netherlands, all you have to do is go to a train station, and you'll find lots of abandoned old bikes.
If you don't lock your bike up, you're asking for it.
Even leaving a locked-up bike on the street in London is asking for it. It's depressing.
There was a lady police officer today at the office when I went to take my Certificate of good conduct. Also, quite surprisingly, I didn't wait too long in line. I was expecting to wait for hours.
I got my tax paper work, dealing with food stamps, unemployment, job hunting, girl stuff.
I need my computer fixed so I can harrass you guys more.
And ya my bike got stolen too. It was a shit bike but still.
As your attorney, my advise to you is to start drinking heavily(er).-Tuffy
My bike got stolen right as I stopped using the second pair of wheels when I was around 9 or 10. They stole it from a locked room in the building's basement.

I was going to say, remember when David Cameron had his bike stolen? He just left it outside a shop, not locked up and was surprised it wasn't there when he got out. He's such a dork!
My sister had her bike stolen once, on her eighth birthday I think it was. Poor girl had a bad birthday that year. Woke up with the flu, her cat was hit by a car and died and her bike was stolen.
My mom asked some teenage boys if they had seen it a couple days later, and offered them ten bucks if they found it. They came back an hour later with it.
I keep seeing these pen threads and think that it's going to be an elaborate joke, but so far it's not. Y'all just love pens.

I yawned. It made me involuntarily glick. It sprayed the keyboard and especially spacebar.
Sorry, I forgot my keys and can't seem to find the door.
Is there any spiked everclear left?
How do you spike everclear?
With LSD.
Si vis pacem, para bellum
We should bring back the unposted posts thread. I have a lot.
Si vis pacem, para bellum
Wow, a car that drove down the hill by the university obviously still had summer tires.... He slid down almost entirely sideways. Thank god there were no cars driving up the hill at that moment.
Cigarettes are awful and designed and sold to make awful people smell bad because they don't care about smelling bad because they're awful.
Jerk.
Si vis pacem, para bellum
I had a dream last night that my car smelled awful because people smoked in it.
But it makes you look cool. So there's that.
This is why we can't have nice things.
No, it's true. It's digusting and it stinks.
Jerks.
Si vis pacem, para bellum
Just kidding. I only smoke when I'm writing these days... and drinking.
Si vis pacem, para bellum
I get sick if I smoke when I am drinking. I mean, if I am actually drunk, I can't smoke. If I am just having some drinks and am not drunk I can smoke.
My lord, he's right.
PA- It's about to snow here. Better get crackin' on preperations for snowfall.
I just finished The Fault in Our Stars, it was really wonderful. I recommend it to all of you. Has anyone else read it?
I'll need to read it again another time, because right now it resonates with me in a very particular way. Cancer and all. It made me think a lot of things, things I planned on sharing here, but I can't really organize my thoughts right now. So... yeah.

Sweet dreams, Irina.
I'm watching this after news got out that Game of Thrones is gonna feature the bear pit scene this season.
Just got home from a quiz bowl meeting. I really like it. Having mac and cheese for dinner now.
Mmm meatball soup, that sounds good! No wonder you posted that twice!
It snowed pure ice. Issy and I slid completely off the road coming back from grocery shopping and post office at 25 mph. Irina, you have a few small, veeery late Christmas gifts coming in the mail. We just got a teeny bit of extra change, so it finally got sent. Should be there in 10 days latest.
I'm so in to Reese's peanut butter cups right now. I've had 3 packs in 24 hours. Fat.
Gabriel is getting letters from different small colleges prodding at him.
When did I get a kid this close to legal adulthood?
One of the reasons I never seem to fit in too, look at everyone else my age here- they are all starting their families or haven't started yet. Just for example. This sounds a lot more emo than I mean it like.
At least I have Alecia to relate too!
Yep, you do!
That's awesome that you guys are getting info now. We've taken several tours of different colleges in the state to see what's what. The most surprising thing has been how much scholarship money is there for the taking. Seems like most places are looking for kids with good grades earlier than they used to. Giancarlo qualifies for money based on the GPA and grades he has right now. It's first come first serve, but when you play your cards right you can get a good chuck of money before everyone else. Good luck with finding the best place for/with him in the next couple years.
I made a complaint about that mean blood lady.

Or course that doesn't mean they weren't locked up. I guess it's possible.
