Thanks, my wife wanted a "Z" name as sort of a new family thing. I liked Zoe, and this time I got to choose the name. It was going to be Zoe London just cause I like it when the middle name is more neutral or even boyish. However at the last moment Simone popped into my head and it sounded good together. I wanted both my girls to have good strong names, names that if they wanted to they could just drop off the last name to use as a stage name or pen name. Cause our last name is way to common. I mean Smith... yikes.

This is why we can't have nice things.
We didn't have lunch, but we saw what other people ordered. It's common in Romanian cuisine restaurants that the servings are huge. If you can split a portion, it qualifies as huge.

Ice cream cone rolls filled with a very buttery chocolate cream. These home-made sweets contain a LOT of butter. So much that you can actually taste it and feel the texture.

Oh my god I'm so jealous...of your amazing photographs and that you got to go to Bali. Those photos are gorgeous as always.
I think it is mostly the association of being controlled and rejected/not being accepted for who I am that comes with that name that I cannot stand. Doesn't help that anymore it is mostly people I owe money to that call me that, course then again if someone on the phone asks for that name I know right off if I want to talk with them or not!
