Not <Your Name>
does anyone know what their name might have been?
like, your parents 'other choices'?
i very nearly was an Adrian - IMO, kinda sucky.
if i was a girl, i was going to be a Vanessa - even suckier.
how. about. you?
yes. you. sitting there reading this.
life's pretty straight without vidalia :You_Rock_
my name is Glen. the other choices were Nicholas or Alexander. quite far off
if i would have been a girl i would have been allison
no such luck
i was almost leah.
if i had been a boy i would have been adam.
with a bit of luck, his life was ruined forever. always thinking that just behind some narrow door in all of his favorite bars, men in red woolen shirts are getting incredible kicks from things he'll never know.
My mom wanted to name me Jameson (Jame-eh-son). Gay.
Seeing that my dad was name Mario, as well as my grandfather, I pretty much was going to be named Mario nonetheless.
But if I was a girl, my name would've been Maria.
My moms name is Maria.

Mario and Maria, thats cute. I dated a guy named Markus for a couple of years. Mirka & Markus, lol
Boy name was Mirko, girl names were Mercedes, Helena and believe it or not, Mirabelle.
I have the world's most uncreative parents. It almost rival's Mario's story.
My older brother's name is John. Yes. That is right. Our names are Jane and John. He was supposed to be named Jane if he was a girl. If I was a boy, I was supposed to be named Thomas James. My father's name is James Thomas.
Oh well. If my mother had had her way my name would be Heather Anna right now *shudders*.
There is hope, but not for us.
i would have been named melody if i was female. maybe they should have just named me melody anyway.
kenny is a stupid name. waaaaaaaaaaaaaaa..... WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!! i promised myself i wouldn't cry.
I would have been Alissa were I female. Otherwise, my parents were deadset on Rohan. They were -huge- Lord of the Rings fans.
i almost became a "scott". dear god, i'm glad they changed their minds.
Haha, my brother is named Scott.
Mine's Bryan, but since my parents had just moved to Texas before I was born, well, finding it really amusing that lots of people have double names, they told everyone they were going to name me Bubba Chuck.
Good lord... That would have been awful. Not a big fan of Bryan, but it sure as hell beats Bubba Chuck.
Sad thing is, people believed them and took them seriously - or so they say.
Mine was the only option they thought of.
I did, however, want to name my little sister "Meat".
I was going to be called Rebecca. I was this close. But my parents didn't listen to my sister and called me Harriet- which I'm only just getting used to. Kind of suits me though. Lots of Harriets in Jane Austin's books, and seeing as I live near her house, and have the Jane Austin ringlets, it worked well I guess.
If I was a guy, I could of been- Oliver or Robert(my grandfather's name). Pretty English really.
I'm named after the singer (that no-one's heard of!) Ruby Turner (not ruby wax! so hush!). my parents had a long long list of really unpronouncable GAY indian names for me like jaswinder, pinder, etc blah, so i'm glad i got my name cuz it's quite international. i like me name.
it's quite odd though cuz my brother's got quite an indian name...maybe i was born the outcast?! lol
sadly, i do. my father wanted to name me adolphe maximillian to honor a friend of his. i don't believe that for a minute. anyone else hear the hobnails on cobblestones?
in the event that i had been a girl, my mother thought krystal ann or lorella would have been fine names. nobody, please, nobody choose these names. the first one, ok, well, if you're going to be a country singer. the second, you'd have to be a fan of edgar allen poe.
snow, know any dereks? that's pretty anglais, too.
Um. Can't remember. I'm pretty sure they eventually named me Colm though.
Bah.

I wish my freaking name was Jaswinder. Damn American parents...
There is hope, but not for us.
colm was chosen to lead us through thick and thin, a six-shooter ay his side. jaswinder had a head on her shoulders and could yell really loudly. together, they fight crime.
I know someone who changed his name to Malachi Wolf. Well, I know him through a friend, or more accurately through the sister of a friend.
Bah.
Is he one of those uh.. furs? Heh. Blech.
i went to college with a thirty something pot head named jedidiah bluebird earth. he wanted to change our mascot from the white mules to the gd dolphins. the schools in maine, snapper, miles from the ocean where dolphins swim and play.
I was close to being called Pachunga. Crazy huh? Hahahaa, J/K! Got to admit thought, that is the wackiest name but at the same time coolest name I've ever heard!
Suck me beautiful...
if i could have chosen my own name is would have been I. P. Freely.

One of the funnier things I've heard today. Most definitely sigworthy.
There is hope, but not for us.
And just for the record, I _can_ yell really loud. Perhaps that is my hidden superpower!
There is hope, but not for us.
If I had a super power it would be all the awesome things Powder could do. Damn, he was awesome. I wanna be Powder.
No body hair at all.
Pale.
ESP.
Telekinesis.
Ridiculously intelligent.
Man. That'd be great. Good movie.
Also Sean Patrick Flannery is HOT. But not in that movie so much.
I have another superpower...electronice and motor-controlled devices constantly misfunction when I am around. I have had 2 cars that I am riding in start on fire. Any car I own, or regularly ride in, needs the engine rebuilt once a year. The TVs and radios in my house come on at random times.
The government should pay me to go over to Iraq and see if I could make Saddam's car spontaneously combust.
There is hope, but not for us.
My mom came seriously close to naming me Cosmo. She saw it in her baby book, laughed at it, referred to me as Cosmo jokingly until she was so used to it it wasn't a joke anymore. Luckily, my dad talked her into Dustin. Only good thing the man ever did for me.
My name was going to be Patrick but then they changed that to my middle name and made my first name Colin
You know im going to lose
Gamblings for fools
But thats the way i like it
I dont want to live forever
jane s. you do me proud. thank you.
Kyle. Jesus H. Christ, thank god they came to their senses and named me Decalogue instead.
you're right. kyle is so declasse. decalogue is much more repreentative of your true personality, charm and wit. rock on. peace.

it was either going to be ian or ian
(guess what my name is)
