Thank you. I was coerced into trying red lipstick on, I don't have one and never tested one. Always thought it was too much. But I like it myself, too. Maybe one day I'll even get my own. Tinted lip balm all the way!

Those are the props in the loft. I'm gonna miss that place - my friend is moving out in February so this was the last NYE party we had at the house. It's cute, actually, how we still celebrate it together, it's the 7th year in a row.

We were highschool classmates and friends, except the girl with green beads. She went to their uni.

Sema, it's the first time I wore red. I don't wear anything but natural colours, maybe a sand rose if I'm feeling fancy. I always thought it'd look whorish on me, but apparently it doesn't. So yay.

If I worried about whether things looked whorish on me I'd never get dressed.

I keep coming in to look at them.

The firework pics look like paintings. I like them too. And I can never find the right red lipstick and I really want to.

For instance a darker red looks like crap on me. Maybe because I'm so pale?

What you have to do is figure out if you are a summer or a winter skin tone.

Summers look good in warm tones, yellows and tans and oranges and such.

Winters in cool tones, blues and deep greens and purple.

Winters look washed out and sickish in summer tones and vice versa.

Most important, with makeup, is that most makeup, most lipsticks, either have an Orange undertone, or a Purple undertone to them. So figure if you need a warm orange or a cool purple and then pick a red you favor with the correct undertone.

I am a winter, for example.

when I wear orange it is in pure defiance of nature and nothing more.

the correct colors, and/or undercolor tones, will make you either glow or limp.

I think I'm a winter, too. I look sick with orange make-up. Dark blue looks awesome on me.

And The kid is Amelie(if she was a boy she would have been named Noah) She is two, I was there the day she was born.
And the Pup is Abba, she is malamute and 3/4 wolf. A handfull of cute.

White hair seems really cool but also a ton of work. I bleached my hair before I shaved it and within two weeks I already had roots. It sucked.

Amelie is a very pretty name. Noah after you? (I'm assuming your name is Noah)
She looks older than two.

Malamutes are awesome dogs. I had one my whole life along with a husky and they were so nice. Shed a ton though.

Noah is my name. Always has been. And I guess she is like 2 and a half but she has always been a bigger kid. Smart as hell. We drew shapes.

That is an awesome puppy--I've always wanted a wolf mix.

Smartest dog I ever had was a wolf malamute mix.

Bosco. He was also gay and a vegetarian. A stray my mom found at a Dead show. Took us forever to get him to eat regular meat dogfood. All he wanted was carrots and vegetable table scrapes. We thought he just tried to hump all the male dogs that came around as a dominance thing at first, but then it became apparent he had no interest in female dogs at all, even ones in heat hanging out trying to get his attention he would shun, by try to play and romp with nearly every male dog that came around.

My niece. Leaves me tomorrow morning. I'm going to miss her like crud.

I bought a new shirt, and I love it so! The light makes it look like a standard black shirt, but it's not, it's actually see-through with leopard pattern. You can see what it's like on the end of the left sleeve.

I also finally bought a new handbag, but I forgot to take a picture of it. I'm too lazy right now, so maybe later. [/Girly thread]
