as i said in my 1st post....i didnt say there wasnt cool people here.

Maybe its just that a person (like me) can only take so much before exploding.
seriously, it is healthier (for someone who might find themselves preturbed) to just let it all out, than it is to keep it in.
From the start I let it out.
I never held it in.
In the psychology I profess, we all.. ..moms, dads, kids, husbands and wives, siblings..ect.
we ARGUE like madd in session.
[I]They feel better[/I] when session is over.
They are happier in the days following the sessions of arguementation.
Its a slow process, and sometimes it hurts them, sometimes they bring up what hurts them in session the next time around, and maybe even the next..
..mind you, these people may come 3-4 times in a week... ...but, its a process they learn to channel.
They dont fight or argue at home, only when in session.
some people come once a week.
some once a month.
some people come alone and just argue with me, about whatever is on their minds.
but you know what?
it makes them feel alleviated once finished.
I argue/debate all day.
I am used to it.
I dont bring it down on folks here, they do it on their own.
It takes two, three...four, ect.
Ignoration is the pits.
and I feel fine when I argue, it doesnt make me [I]Mad[/I] to argue.
it relieves the sake of keeping it in.
people fuck up if they get mad when arguing.
but, thats why people come to sessions to learn and channel that Angry-ness.
Anger only exists if you let it.
