My hooray is difficult to explain without giving all kinds of information I do not care to give.
I'll just say that a lawsuit we forgot we were included in, instigated by a former coworker of James' against a former employer, and didn't think anything would come of anyway, has suddenly made us quite a bit more comfortable just in time for the holidays.
Those fuckers that fired him too! And then took months to pay him.
I also discovered that within six weeks of being fired they weren't even making payroll for the remaining employee's that they hadn't fired for acting like human beings with minds and thoughts. (they had been firing people left and right for even making the slightest noise about things not being right at the company)

This weekend was magical. Hung out with a guy I never hang out with on Friday (Valedictorian in our high school who scored a 4.0 in college and worked at Goldman Sachs while also making his own film. Why I never hung out with him is beyond me) and we had a great conversation that led to a great movie idea, and we might end up starting on a script next weekend. Then, of course, went to Symphony of the Goddesses yesterday night, which was in-fucking-credible, and partied at the San Marcos bars (You can smoke inside! Sweeeeet.). Now I got a huge head start on my studying for my test on Tuesday. Sleeping well tonight.

I took a mild sleep aid last night and woke up with this really strange feelinf. I wasnt sure what was going on and why I felt so wierd. Then I realized I felt rested and that was the first time I have had a good nights sleep in something like 16 months.
