Girls clubhouse! (Metrosexual boys welcome!)
So THAT's how you do it! I always wondered. Maybe now I'm going to buy one of those doughnuts but the H&M ones are pretty expensive. Gotta see if I find cheaper ones.
Just murder a sock you dislike.
I love the idea of sock buns. I've seen them done very well. But I could never make it happen.
The cake was really yummy, everybody loved it and had several pieces of it! Now I really need to stop being so insecure.
That is what happens with cooking!
Do you just roll the sock down and it creates a bun?
My mom always wears a bun, when she is doing things. Not one of those though. one without any ties or aparati. Just twists her hair up perfectly at the nape of her neck.
If I picture my mom. I picture here either preening her hair, or twisting in into a knot. It is what she does.
Women in military, with long hair, are required to do that exact hairstyle. But as tight as possible with bun.
There's a girl in my office with really long hair who always wears it in a bun. It looks very weird to me. The hair on her head looks pulled too tight and the hair in the bun...well..it just looks like a pile of hair on her head, which looks weird in my opinion.
Alecia, I can't do it! I tried but I failed. I did better with the other version, though, where you put the sock/donut at the base of the ponytail then spread the hair on top and use the rest of it to wrap the bun around its base. I'm gonna need a looot of practice, wah!
That's not what the sign says.
Just ordered this bathing suit

This shop has some really cool ones if you're looking!!
Well, I guess you did wax your back.
oh, they have the cutest stuff! i´m awfully tempted by this one
That's Mosh, one of my favourite 'alternative' models. Also, cool bathing suit. I don't have the physique for retro ones, though, otherwise I'd totally buy one. Or several.
I love the bathing suits!
Rosette, now you got me checking out retro swimsuits on etsy.
This is my new goal. To look this good in a two piece (retro high waist is so forgiving).

Oh dear lord, there is no support in the bra.

Back to Victoria's Secret for me.
The twins will look better than the chick in the picture, but I want them to look spectacular. They need to set up like they are symmetrically balanced on a Brancusi.

'Cause, they aren't colossal, so...better work what God gave me.
Cool, Sema, you've mentioned Brancusi. That wins you a lot of points.

Wow, I really want this one.
I really like that swimsuit.
The model looks like they might be a transwoman. I don't mean that meanly, just an observation. The narrowness of the hips in comparison to the shape of the legs, the torso, especially upper, the shoulders are wider than the picture is trying to tell, no cleavage at all even though good B cup breasts, the thickness of the neck, and the shape of the wrist bone.
I am probably full of it. Someone is going to tell me that is their sister or friend now and I will be an ass.
Those are some narrow hips.
Looks like your average skinny white girl body to me. She's twisting slightly through the torso, and the photo is shot from a really weird and low angle which makes her legs look thicker than they actually are. Her shoulders do look to be wider than her hips, I'll give you that. Maybe she's a swimmer or something.
And I can say from personal experience it's pretty standard not to have any cleavage if you have B's and nothing really supporting them.
Yup, no cleavage for B's here, either.
I love your new avatar, btw.
QFT.

Thanks.

That is GORGEOUS.
I dunno I'm with Pepper on the transwoman thing. I have narrow hips but those are some NARROW hips.
That Sofia Loren shag with ombre color! Yes.
Here hair is probably longer and pinned up. But I'd like to think of it a shag that ends just above the shoulder.
Have you tried this color on your toes?

Narwhal! Jk don't know the name but its like a lavender grey. It qualifies as a neutral, but still edgy.
Some years ago I had that color toes, and I noticed my uncles girlfriend did as well, and she was far too cheerful about the fact.
Somehow her toes being the same color as mine freaked me out over the whole 'she is the same age as me' thing than the actual knowledge that she was the same age as me did.

Me too. I wish I could get a haircut like that, but my hair is too fine, it would never sit right. sigh.
Bless this day, TWO red carpet sets of pictures - the Grammys and the BAFTAs. Awesome.
I know people here aren't necessarily a fan of Anne Hathaway, but I really liked her hairdo and dress at the BAFTA's:

I didn't like Marion Cotillard's dress at all. It just looks silly!

(Wait, in the link to the picture it says "wardrobe malfunction". Is that what this is? I sure hope so...)
EDIT_
Also, who, what, why?!

Grammy's:
Yes.

No.

Holy crap, it's Ashanti!

Wut.

Overall, pretty boring red carpet. Looking through the pictures, I kept wondering who all these people were, and the dresses were eh.
I really liked Rihanna's dress. She looked like a normal lady for a change.

Also this.

Yeah, Rihanna's dress is nice.
What is going on on Helen Mirren's left shoulder? Is that part of the dress?
I think it was a shawl or something.

Phew, okay good. The dress is very flattering!
It is. And I like her pink hair

Ha ha, on BBC Breakfast News this morning they were saying how much they liked the yellow dress.
I think Anne's dress makes her look very 80s. Do you think she was making a statement with the length of her dress this time
? Although her acting is really annoying (and I would rather die than watch her as Fantine in Les Mis), her speech at the BAFTAs was one of the best.
Haha! <3

Cold as ice.
If Bjork and Mariel Hemingway had a baby.^

Are you kidding? She's amazing as Fantine. And even if you are that weirdly against her, the films is incredible and she is only on screen for about twenty minutes, I'm sure you could survive.

I like Anne Hathaway. F Tha Haters.
This is why we can't have nice things.

I don't like the way she sings I Dreamed A Dream.
It's no big loss anyway, I've seen the West End version 4 times.
Seriously, though, who is that mean mugging biatch!?
Adele's dress looks like she got attacked by an upholsterer. It's too much pattern, especially with the shoes and the earrings as well. I know it's Valentino, but ugh. Too busy. If the bodice was plain black I'd give it a thumbs up.
I think it's Paloma Faith, she's a singer. She always dresses oddly, not sure what's up with her eyebrows though.

Totally forgot, but hopefully I'll remember to take a picture of the remnants before we eat those tonight!
