have to say, I've never really been a foundation girl, but I got a sample of that Urban Decay Naked Skin stuff, and it was so great I ended up buying it. Doesn't feel like a foundation at all... the coverage is buildable so you can start with a thin layer and go back over any trouble spots.
A friend just called me and said she'd found Jordi Labanda pen+biro sets in a stationery store in another city. I asked her to buy me the light green ones, so I'll have them soooooon!!
I missed this girly thread. The other night Bloke and I went out for dinner and I wore a dress I didn't have to and couldn't get my boobs out of, and make up for the first time in months!
The dress I'll wear for my birthday tea party next Sunday.

And the earrings. Not true colours, I took the pics under artificial light. They're the same shade of blue as the dress.

Toe socks tickle me. I was sure I'd love them, because my feet get cold all the time, but I don't, they're ticklish and they feel weird.
I think that after being instantly attracted by the colour, I was also somehow still under the influence of the beautiful dress our President's daughter wore for her wedding.
I love pastels and H&M has a really cute fall collection but they don't bring the 32 size clothes in Romania. Suckers! I'd buy half those things, especially the mint and coral sweaters <3

PS I own a pair of toe socks. I agree they look freaky so I only wear them in the house in winter. Having said that I think that Japanese Tabi socks look cool with those wooden flipflops they wear, but only when Japanese people wear them.
Half the year I wear terry anti-slip socks. I have no carpets in the house so I'd slip down otherwise.

Hmm, I don't think I've ever owned nude coloured tights. Black tights are my thing. And sometimes coloured tights, but never nude. What do you wear them with, Hattie?
I've only been wearing them on and off this last month or so because it's been too warm for anything else and I've felt embarrassed about having mosquito bites and the odd softball related bruise on my legs. So they're quite handy for that. Lots of women in offices over here seem to wear them all year round. I always wear black or navy opaques.

You don't have any long flowing skirts you can wear, that will hide your legs but still be more cool and airy than pants?
not a one.. well I have two longer dresses that i've been wearing, so there's that. I should probably get something like that
I am a picker, and I too have lots of bites, now sores on my legs. I have been wearing jeans or leggings. I then usually wear tanks or very thin material v necks. I've been a picker all my life and I hate it! When I got out of rehab 8 years ago, it was in the summer, I had my legs in a terrible mess. It was so embarrassing. Most of the scars are gone now, or have faded. My nerves were so bad, all I could do was pick. Maybe I should go to the dermatologist about this? It really is a stress reliever, but not a good one.
