You guys are the very best! Thank you so much for this thread. I thought I wouldn't get one because I am not around enough. Sad

My day was as fantastic as a day were you go to work on your birthday could be! I woke up to a ton of great birthday wishes. All of my projects at work are proceeding swimmingly and my new boss is the awesomeness. I get a ton of Kudos and respect now because I am the only one who knows how to do it right. Our audit came out much, much better than would be expect considering the accounting department was headless though the closing process and the audit. I did the entire close by myself and led the audit. It was so cool!

When I came home from work, the family was all there to wish me a happy birthday and I had presents! It's been a long time since I have had real presents (that I didn't pay for) for my birthday. Then my boyfriend and I went out to eat (on a date!!!!!!).

And then I wake up and see this thread and well... this is the best birthday ever!

All in all, it was the best. Birthday. Ever!
