I don't think you can really buy books in Harrods. There isn't a section. You could once buy lion cubs though, which is a lot more exciting (/cruel).
I love the Laudree cafe there though, it's a little girl's dream.

I went to the LA Premiere of STUCK! tonight, an homage to the great caged heat films of times gone by. My friend Starina is the lead in the movie. We went to college together, and she was the lead in the best one act play I've ever written. BONUS (but not pictured): I got to meet JANE WIEDLIN, my favorite Go-Go! I wish I didn't have to work early tomorrow, because I coulda hung out with them all night.
I also had an encounter with a giant robot afterwards.
I want to see that movie super bad.

It had a London Premiere a ways back. I don't know when it's going back over there. They said it shoudl be on DVD soon, but it's doing a few more film festivals first (Boston and somewhere else). Who knows? Maybe it'll get distribution!
